Andrew S. Nachamie

Andrew S. Nachamie had been in private practice since 1988 before joining the firm as a Partner in 2023.   He is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey and the District of Columbia as well as the Supreme Court of the United States, United States Court of Military Appeals, United States District Court – Eastern District of New York and the United States District Court – State of New Jersey.

Mr. Nachamie handles Real Estate transactions, including the Purchasing, Selling and Leasing of Residential and Commercial properties; Representation of Institutional Lenders and Mortgage Bankers as Bank Attorney in Mortgage transactions, Drafting of Last Will and Testaments, Estate Matters and Surrogate Court proceedings and Commercial and Corporate Transactions.

Mr. Nachamie  maintains a “hands on” approach with clients and believes it is important that clients are able to obtain information about their file. Open communications is essential to the proper handling of a file. Andrew works with many first time buyers of Real Estate and prefers to meet with clients at the beginning of the process, believing that it is always best to have a client educated on the process and aware of expectations of all parties.

Andrew is a proud Merokian, having been born and raised in Merrick. He attended Penn State University, graduating with a degree in Accounting and receiving a Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law.

Andrew believes it is important to support and be involved in the local Community. He is currently on the Board of Directors of the Merrick Chamber of Commerce, Member of the Merrick Club of Kiwanis International, Penn State Alumni Association and has been active in the local Little League Organization and as Coach of his children’s Baseball and Softball teams. He has been honored by the Nassau Council of Chambers as Merrick Chamber of Commerce Small Businessperson of the Year  and, recently, as Herald Top Lawyer on Long Island.  He has been on panels for seminars on various topics concerning of Residential Real Estate.
