At Berger, Fischoff, Shumer, Wexler & Goodman, LLP, our team of legal professionals has over 50 years of experience representing lenders as settlement agent at New York real estate closings. We are a proud Secure Insight Registered Agent and are able to assist our lenders from origination to closing by providing a team-oriented approach. By integrating directly with the Operations Department, we can help our mortgage lending clients to avoid unnecessary lender cures and/or disclosure delays, potentially saving our lenders significant money.

We truly understand the needs of our clients from our clients’ own perspective. Our staff includes attorneys and paralegals who have extensive experience as lender closing managers, mortgage loan processors, and co-op transfer agents. We have the ability to close anywhere in New York State and offer closing facilities in New York City, Nassau and Suffolk Counties. We understand that the end of the customer journey for a borrower is at their closing. Making the last impression a positive one is crucial to our business model and provides our lender clients the confidence that their borrowers will be treated with care.
